Letting your Property - Rules and Regulations
Statutory Safety RequirementsThe signing of the Letting Agreement with Toad Hall Cottages commits you as owners to ensure that you and your property comply with all Health and Safety regulations which relate to the letting of self catering properties and that you also abide by the Occupier's Liability Acts 1957 and 1984.

Some properties, which are suitable or equipped for disabled persons, can apply for an accessibility rating from the Tourist Board.
