Woodside Cottage
Woodside, comprises the ground floor of the east wing of this superb original Georgian Manor House. Set in its own private lawned garden the property enjoys good sized rooms with tall, elegant windows, most of which overlook the garden and woods beyond and is set in a very peaceful and secluded part of this lovely estate.

 Accommodation:
Front door to hallway.  Spacious, double aspect living room with comfortable seating, sofa and chairs, HD digital TV with DVD and dining area with table to seat 4. The well equipped kitchen area has shaker style units, electric hob and built-under oven, microwave, washing machine, condenser dryer and integral fridge and freezer. There are two double bedrooms both with 5ft beds (airsprung Duplex mattresses), fitted cupboards and one with a flat screen TV.  A 'Z' bed is available for an extra child.  Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: A path leads around the rear of the manor house to the front door where there is a private area of lawn that extends out to woodland. A terrace beside the front door is provided with table and chairs. Facilities as above all included.
