The house nestles within the Haldon Hills on the fringes of the Teign valley, is about 3 miles to the west of the historic Cathedral City of Exeter with its excellent shopping, historic sites and theatre. A few miles from the main road arteries into the West Country, this is an ideal base to visit the pretty beaches of Exmouth and Dawlish and for savouring the rugged beauty of Dartmoor.

Accommodation:
The front door opens directly into the well fitted and equipped kitchen furnished with oak units, electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast table for two. The most attractive living room is light and bright with south facing double patio doors that open to the patio. The room has a comfortable sofa and chairs, a large flat screen TV with DVD and handsome dining table to seat 4. Pretty spacious double bedroom with 5ft bed, pine furniture and a tiled en-suite shower room with a large shower cubicle with seat, basin and WC.

Outside: From the parking area a gated path leads around the rear of the owner's house, down some steps to the front door to the kitchen. Patio area provided with garden furniture. The large two acre garden, shared with the owners and their children, slopes gently down to the wooded valley is very pretty with many flowering shrubs and mature trees.

Included: Duvet, pillows, bed linen, towels (guests to provide their own beach towels), travel cot, high chair and summer electricity.
Central heating (oil, controlled from the main house) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £25 per week.
