This cosy retreat has been totally refurbished and is very comfortably furnished and equipped and ideal for couples or a small family. Situated in the pretty and peaceful hamlet of Capton just 1.5 miles from Dittisham, South Devon there are footpath walks through Capton Wood of medieval origin and from the village down to the riverside. The lovely village of Dittisham sits on a wide meander of the River Dart and is a haven for those who love messing about in boats. From here there are river trips, boat hire and a river ferry that plies to the historic Naval port of Dartmouth and up-stream to the Elizabethan town of Totnes. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the marvellous facilities at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, approximately 2 miles.

Accommodation: Stable door into a most attractive open plan living room . Fresh and bright, the carpeted living room has a fireplace inset with a woodburner, comfortable sofa and chairs, dining table to seat 4 and TV/DVD. The smart, tiled kitchen area is well presented and equipped with ceramic hob, built-under oven and grill, integral dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. Downstairs WC with basin. Curved spiral stairs wind up to a split landing.
Small twin bedroom with 2ft 6in beds. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and window seat. Both bedrooms have hanging rails and between the two rooms is a shower room with electric shower, basin and WC.

Outside: The cottage sits alongside the village lane with the garden and garage at the other end of the terrace of cottages, a short walk up the lane. This has a tarmac forecourt with parking for 3 cars, a garage, double timber gates and a small raised lawn and a hard standing area with garden furniture.
