This delightful, spacious cornish holiday cottage nestles on a hillside with glorious views down to Looe harbour and out to sea.  Recently refurbished and redecorated to a high standard it offers all the comforts of home with a sunny front terrace and an allocated parking space close to the cottage.  A stroll down West Looe Hill to the harbour gets you into the thick of things and there's a ferry that can run you over to the busy East Looe side if you don't fancy the pleasant ten minute walk over the bridge.  The South West Coastal Path passes through Looe, so there's no excuse for those that bring their dog not to get plenty of exercise and appreciate some stunning scenery at the same time.  Sudan has a comfortable lounge with natural wood floor and a bay window with views of the harbour.  There is a chic dining room, modern kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms.   Looe is a perfect  base from which to explore Cornwall and nearby Devon and there are a host of local attractions as well as the local beaches which should tire out the kids if nothing else.

Accommodation:  An inclined pathway from the road leads up to Sudan.  Hallway and front sitting room with two sofas and occasional chair, fireplace with woodburner style fan heater, TV with DVD and Sky + digital.  Dining room with table and chairs to seat 6.  Modern kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven under, microwave, fridge freezer (under stairs) and washing machine in outhouse.  First floor with front double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe and lovely views.  Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and wardrobe.  Single bedroom with 3ft bed.  Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside:  Front terrace with paved area surrounded with shrubs and furnished with garden table and chairs looking down the hill to the sea.  Small rear courtyard accessed from the kitchen with bistro style table and chairs.
