Furthermore there are plenty of local activities ranging from visiting the West Somerset Steam Railway to course and fly fishing.  This is great walking country and there are some wonderful local rambles, be they long to appreciate the beautiful surrounding countryside or short to enjoy some excellent food and ale at the village pub.  Alternatively bring the bikes and explore using the many cycle routes which vary from the leisurely to the challenging.  Stone cutters is a modern, welcoming and comfortable cottage arranged all on one level, recently refurbished in a pleasing contemporary style with the added benefit of plenty of parking and a large level garden where the kids can let off steam.
