The small group of properties, which are individually owned, consist of four terraced cottages. They all provide excellent accommodation, are furnished to the highest standard including modern well-equipped kitchens, double glazing, oil fired central heating, luxurious linen and towels. All the properties have spectacular views and enjoy the communal use of an indoor heated swimming pool, games room and lawned garden.

Sea Holly is smart, tastefully furnished and features a seashore theme in its attractive d?cor. Bright and well-equipped, this ground floor cottage also has its own private and enclosed patio area with a superb outlook towards Burgh Island.

Accommodation:

Door into comfortable living room with two large sofas, limed pine floor with rugs and dining table to seat 4, digital flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD and radio/CD player. The well-equipped kitchen has a fitted electric hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher. Smart double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and a small twin room with a 2ft 6in bed and full size pull out beneath, that also can clip together to form a large double. Shower room with power shower, basin and WC.

Included: Bed linen, towels (not cot linen) and summer electricity. Please bring own beach towels.
Cot and high chair by arrangement with caretaker.
Central heating and electricity end September to Spring Bank Holiday £15 per  week.

Pets: Small well behaved dogs permitted. Pet charge £25 per pet per week.
