Here it is possible to enjoy an energetic day on the beach and return to Trimstone and indulge in an aperitif on the lawns followed by dinner in the Hotel's Tyme restaurant. Accommodation:
Two separate doors into the ground floor. Open plan kitchen/diner with modern kitchen equipped with hob and oven under, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Wall mounted flat screen TV with integral DVD and Freeview. Dining area provided with two fold down tables and 8 folding chairs. Door to adjoining lounge with two 2 seater sofas, an armchair and an occasional bean bag. Ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and ladder radiator.
Stairs to first floor (not connected to the other bedrooms above the apartment) with two generous double bedrooms. Bedroom 1, an attractive room with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, occasional chair, wall mounted flat screen TV with integral DVD and Freeview as well as lovely views over the garden to the countryside. Bedroom 2, with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe with drawers, wall mounted flat screen TV with integral DVD and Freeview. The other bedrooms and family bathroom are accessed from a separate staircase. Bedroom 3, with 4ft 6in double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 4 with 3ft  bed, and room for a cot. Family bathroom with bath, shower over and shower screen, hand basin, WC, shaver light and ladder radiator.

Included: Bed linen , (not towels, guests to provide own or hire from the hotel), cot and high chair (by arrangement), electricity, central heating (oil) and all hotel facilities.
