Riverside is set back from the quayside at the head of the Kingsbridge Estuary in South Devon and a few minutes level stroll along this beautiful stretch of water brings you to the centre of the town. This spacious first floor apartment has been fully refurbished for the 2012 season and offers very comfortable, tastefully contemporary accommodation. You can relax and appreciate the spectacular views from the apartment's balcony, enjoying the plentiful wildlife and passing river craft as they meander up and down to Salcombe and beyond. Kingsbridge is at the centre of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a vibrant market town that is still dominated by independent specialist and boutique shops, bistros and restaurants and many interesting medieval buildings. The famous South Devon beaches and coastal walks are a short drive away and Kingsbridge is ideally located near the centre of the beautiful South Hams, allowing easy access to its many attractions. The River Maid passenger ferry can take you down the estuary in the season to the bustling seaside town of Salcombe.

Accommodation: Access is via a communal lobby and well-kept stairs to the first floor. Front door into the apartment and hallway with oak console table, occasional chair and cupboard for coats and footwear. The large carpeted living room has large sliding patio doors that provide access to the spacious balcony and offer fantastic views across the water and up the creek to Tacket Wood and the country side beyond. Furnished in a contemporary style with a two comfortable sofas, two poang chairs, 32" HD flat screen TV with HD Freeview, Blu ray player, stereo radio, coffee table and side tables. The adjoining dining area has an oak sideboard and oak dining table to seat four. The new kitchen is well equipped with fully integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven and microwave. Shower room with walk in shower, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and mirror. Master bedroom with a 5ft bed, a double full length wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside tables and full length mirror. The twin bedroom has 3ft beds, a double full length wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Outside:
Riverside is set back from the road and water's edge and separated by the court's attractive communal gardens. A private drive leads to the apartment's entrance lobby and the parking area. The balcony is equipped with a table, 4 chairs and fire pit.

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels) and electricity.

Heating: Night store heating and convector heaters.  Winter heating supplement from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 a week
Parking: Enclosed private parking at the rear of the property for one car and a garage space for a second car is available on request.

No smoking: This applies throughout Riverside
Beach:  Blue Flag Beaches at Bigbury on Sea, Challaborogh, and Blackpool Sands. Seaside Rural Beaches at Salcombe North and South Sands, Thurlestone, Bantham, Hope Cove and Torcross
Shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema, sport centre and the embankment a minute's stroll away. Farmers Market in Kingsbridge, on the first and third Saturdays of every month.
