This is a beautifully presented cottage, comfortable and tastefully decorated, perched on a hill with wonderful views of the Looe estuary from the windows and front terrace.  It has a light and airy lounge with a bay window and real fire, a dining area and well equipped kitchen, all full of thoughtful touches designed to make the guest feel relaxed and at home, whilst upstairs a large sumptuous double bedroom has a coffee table and chairs to take advantage of those views. This is perfect for a summer or winter holiday. Couples with dogs who enjoy walking in the quieter times of the year will love coming here and using the South West Coastal Path that meanders along the coastline.  The cottage is located a short walk uphill from the centre of Looe which has a sandy beach, several pubs, restaurants and shops. For those who like exploring, the whole of Cornwall with its many attractions is easily accessible by car and for your convenience a parking permit for the local car park is provided.

Accommodation
Front door to hallway. Open plan ground floor, lounge with stripped pine floor, sofa and armchair surrounding a feature fireplace with open fire, TV, DVD and VHS. Archway to contemporary dining room with dining table and 4 chairs, feature fireplace with stove effect fan heater.  Archway and step to kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob, electric oven under, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table and chairs and wall mounted TV. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility annexe.  Stairs to half landing and family bathroom, bath with electric shower over, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds (which can be pushed together to form a double), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Delightful double bedroom with 5ft bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, morning coffee table and chairs and wonderful views through the large display windows.

Outside: Front terrace with garden table, chairs and sunshade overlooking the valley and water.

Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels, (guests must bring their own beach towels) stairgate, travel cot, electricity and a complimentary basket of logs in winter.
Central heating (gas), winter heating supplement from end of September until Spring Bank Holiday £15 per week.
Pets: One well behaved pet welcome. Pet charge £25 per week.
Parking permit provided for parking in the car park nearby.  (Guests can unload outside the cottage) - Please note, those with larger vehicles may have to unload from the car parking space.
No Smoking
No telephone, mobile reception good. 
Beach: ½ mile.  Shops, restaurants, pubs, banks and Post Office all in Looe.
Polperro 4 miles.
