The South West boasts an abundance of Golf Courses, most where you can play as you please (handicap certificates required at some courses). Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset provide a varied selection of golf courses, ranging from Seaside wonders such as the Links of Bude to one of the oldest courses in England, the Royal North Devon, which is well worth a visit if only to gaze at the golfing memorabilia on offer in the Club House.

Our extensive range of Country Cottages suit the locales of a number of the courses available, with a number of properties offering guests special green fee discounts at some courses. If the thought of a whole week's golf is too much, don't panic! Many of our properties take Short Breaks, making them perfect for that Golf trip with work, friends and family. Those accompanying the golfers, not so keen on joining in, have an excellent choice of activities. The West Country offers a wealth of outdoor pursuits for the active, or alternatively, some of the most outstanding quaint villages and towns to explore and enjoy.
